Kinergy Fitness LLC ("Kinergy," "we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Kinergy mobile application and website.

Information Kinergy Collects

Kinergy does not collect, transmit, sell, or share your personal information or workout data.

Workout information you enter in the app—such as saved workouts, completed workout history, exercise selections, training load, workout density, and progress metrics—is used to provide app features and remains under your control on your device.

Apple Health

With your permission, Kinergy can write completed workout sessions to Apple Health.

Kinergy does not read, collect, or store data from Apple Health. Information is written to Apple Health only after you explicitly grant permission through Apple’s authorization system.

You can revoke Kinergy’s Apple Health permission at any time in the Health app or in your device settings.

Subscriptions and Payments

Kinergy Pro subscriptions and payments are processed by Apple through the App Store. Kinergy Fitness LLC does not receive or store your payment card information. Apple’s handling of purchase and subscription information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.

Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Kinergy does not use third-party advertising, cross-app tracking, or third-party analytics services. We do not sell your information or use it for targeted advertising.

Website Information

The Kinergy website does not ask you to create an account or submit personal information. Your browser or hosting provider may process standard technical information needed to deliver the website, such as an IP address or basic request logs. Kinergy does not use this information to identify or track visitors.

Your Choices

You control the information stored in Kinergy. You can delete workouts within the app, remove the app from your device, revoke Apple Health access, and manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple account.

Children’s Privacy

Kinergy is not designed to collect personal information from children. Because Kinergy does not collect personal information from users, we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Data Security

Kinergy is designed to minimize data collection. Workout information remains on your device and Apple Health information is handled through Apple’s protected HealthKit authorization system.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Kinergy evolves. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
